To give the patient a predictable result we make impressions or scans of her mouth and build the teeth in wax, This wax model is used to build cosmetic prototypes which the patient can see so that the end result is not a surprise.

Here what you see is the wax build up where we work on the shape, and length of the teeth and then convert that into prototypes directly in the patient’s mouth . You can see from the original teeth to the anticipated position of the final teeth that we don’t have to reduce the tooth and are minimally invasive.

Problem

This patient had gum disease, and after the gum receded, black triangles were present between her teeth.

Solution

We used small pieces of ceramic to bond between her teeth to close the spaces. She is smiling and happy with the result.

We created a new upper denture for her. The lower teeth were removed, dental implants placed, and permanent teeth on implants made for her. She loves the final result!

Solution

We used tooth bonding to increase the length of her teeth in order to create her dream smile.

This lady came in with failing front teeth and no bone for implant placement.

We removed her front four teeth and grafted bone and gum. In stead of dental implants we fabricated a 6 unit bridge from canine to canine.
She is able to smile again.
