Dr. Jivraj: There are many things I could say about our practice, but I’m gonna tell you the one standout feature of our practice is our team. When you walk into the practice, the warmth that you will feel is second to none. Front office, our back office, our entire team is so well-trained you will not feel like you’re in the dental office. My vision for dental practice was that a patient come in and they feel like they’re entering the lobby of a five-star hotel. We try to treat patients as a whole. We try to make them feel part of the Anacapa family.
Man 1: Why I love coming here? This place is absolutely top-notch. Their staff, Dr. Jivraj, they’re just so kind, articulate, they know what they’re doing. But I feel completely at ease. Whenever I’m here, my experience has just been fantastic.
Woman: Oh, everybody here is friendly. You feel like you’re coming to your friend’s house when you come here. It just makes you feel at ease. And I have traumatizing experiences with multiple, but this place doesn’t feel like a dental office at all. Everybody is nice. Dr. J is the best. So, you know, this is like a second home.
Man 2: When I came in, they asked me, you know, “What is it that you wanna accomplish? We know what’s bothering you. What do you want us to do for you?” And I was very sincere to tell him that I wanted a million-dollar smile. But that’s what they deliver. That’s what they deliver. I mean, I feel so comfortable with everything the way it came out. And it was that. One word, honestly, like, I feel like I’m a million-dollar person walking everywhere I go. That’s the type of confidence that he brought to me. You know, feeling that…knowing that my teeth are the way I wanted them to be.
